So Far so good.
The unit has a good solid feel about it. So far I have used it roughly 10 times and I like the amount of control you have over it buy way of heat settings. The thing I don't like about it is how hard it is to read the settings around the dials. I know my sight is not the best, so I have left a pair of glasses and a torch close by. Great little grill/oven
I love it. So easy to use and keep clean and perfect for most of my oven/grilling needs. I purchased it when the element in my main oven went and I had to wait for my landlord to replace it. Excellent small oven...
Very easy to use and a decent size. Can fit a supermarket size pizza and cooks them perfectly. Could easily fit the biggest chicken or medium size roast. Not an issue, but something to expect, it browns from the back to the front, so you have to keep an eye on browning back there or suddenly the back of a pizza will be too brown, so turning is a good idea. I like it because it is small size which takes up little bench space, but can fit deceptively big things. I like the timer too, when the timer is reached, it switches off rather than just ding and keep going. I would like it to have one more wire rack/shelf and you have to be careful not to open the door and let it go as it would break the door or melt laminated benchtop. More than I expected!!
Although compact in design, it has a great useable oven and offers more than I hoped for. I use it nearly every day and am very happy with the Sunbeam. My last bench top oven was a DeLonghi that I used everyday for over 10 years and that is what I initially wanted but could not get one, so I settled with the Sunbeam and am very pleased I did. Replaces a full-size oven for most functions
This is my third Sunbeam mini-oven. The first two lasted for many years of almost daily use. They are just the thing for heating up some bread or a slice of pizza, baking a serve of roast vegetables, cooking a quiche or 100 other uses which don't require a full-sized oven. They heat up quickly, have four heat settings for different functions, and the timer is accurate. I much prefer the results for most purposes to a microwave, even if the latter is a bit quicker. My only complaint about this new one, which caused me to take off a star, is that the temperature control is wildly inaccurate. The previous two were very good, but this one burnt things to a crisp on the same settings. I'm still learning how to adjust it, but I estimate it's at least 20 degrees hotter than the dial setting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not bad
As many users pointed out, the door does not have a spring mechanism and this is quite inconvenient. I have to put something spongy at the base of the door to prevent it from hitting the kitchen counter. This should be a simple thing to fix if the company heeds consumers' opinion. I also find the down side of the toasts are not well-toasted compared to the top side, and takes longer to toast compared to a toaster. However, I am OK with this as this toaster oven has more uses than a simple toaster; the sausages grilled in it are very tasty, and it also makes very good cheese sandwiches. Great substitute to the bigger kitched oven
Does a great job as a substitute to the full size kitchen oven, for smaller cooks. Only area of improvement will be the glass front which needs to be better designed and heat insulated. It is thin and not very sturdy. Due to this, I think the oven loses a fair amount of heat at the front which means the rear side cooks faster than the front which I noticed while cooking the first pizza in it. Excellent conventional oven
Very good product. Does the job well for each type of cooking. Made toasties really well and melts cheese perfectly. Good spacious design.
