Great purchase
It has good features and is easy to use. Since we have upgraded from a conventional basic vent dryer (which is 20 years old) I'm still playing around a bit with all the options and settings. Still figuring out what/which setting works best for us. We've connected the dryer with a hose into the washing machine drain and don't have to worry about emptying the condensation container. Condensed water is annoying to manage.
The offered solutions for managing the condensed water are not functional - plumbing in is way less straightforward than is represented (need to set up a siphon system as there is no pump) and the other option of emptying the reservoir as soon as it's full (sometimes mid-load, at which point the machine stops until you've emptied the water container) is quite annoying (the container is quite large and it's cumbersome to be emptying so often). Otherwise the dryer is fine, but I wouldn't have purchased if I'd known the waste water management would be such an issue.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Dryer does great with a little knowledge
This dryer is working fabulously on some settings. A lot of the settings use some kind of sensor to decide when the clothes are dry. Depending on the setting and the item/s in the dryer, this sensor sometimes is accurate and sometimes stops the cycle when the items are still damp. The solution is to use the timed cycle feature to force the machine to keep going for another 20-40 minutes (this dryer works differently to some other types of tumble dryers, so the loads always take awhile to dry). Despite the length of time it takes to dry a load and the number of times we have been using it over winter, the electricity bill seems stable compared to what it was before we bought the machine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
