Love The Series!!
In a recent move, my copy of this series somehow did not make it to my new home. It is one of my favorite series and in looking to buy it, I found the price here on eBay to be better than other places I looked to order it. It was somewhat hard to find which surprised me. MR Selfridge is an part true, part fictionalized biography of Harry Gordon Selfridge , who left Chicago in order to open an American style department store in London. The series was on PBS' MASTERPIECE so that speaks of the quality of the production. The series deals with the social attitudes of the early 1900"s.
