Good for entry level scoping bad for real deal
I bought this tripod for a spotting scope. It was stable enough for viewing the stars but is not stable enough if you're scoping wildlife. As I was bringing the scope and tripod back in, the scope just came off of the stand even though the stand and scope were upright.
