How to Get Started
- Purchase your extra small satchels today via the eBay Store or Australia Post Store
- When the service becomes available from 30 April, select your sold items and click "create postage label."
- [From 30 April] Choose "Australia Post Flat Rate Satchel (Extra Small)"

Australia Post Flat Rate Packaging
“If It Packs, It Posts”. If you send an item 5kg or under in Australia, using Australia Post’s flat rate packaging range, postage is based on the size of the package, rather than the weight and destination. If you send an item 5kg or under within Australia, and use other packaging, postage is based on the weight or cubic weight (whichever is greater) and the destination.
eBay Plus Eligibility
To be eligible for the eBay Plus program, you need to provide valid tracking for your eBay Plus orders.
To help sellers with the additional costs of express postage, eBay contributes up to $2.50 for items up to $15, and up to $4 for items over $15. For example, on an item over $15, if you're charging $2 for the express upgrade, we'll cover $2. If you're charging $7, we'll cover $4.
