Why choose HUBBED?
HUBBED returns give buyers the option to drop off their return parcels at many convenience stores and 24/7 locations* such as National Storage, Pack and Send, and independent family-owned local businesses.
HUBBED offers returns starting from $6.85** (excl. fuel surcharge) for items up to 10kg and 120cm cubic dimensions (combining length, width and height) – which is about the size limit of airline carry-on luggage. It’s a win-win for sellers and buyers!
HUBBED returns are available when the seller’s return address is a non-PO Box address, the item is within the size and weight restrictions and the buyer is based near a HUBBED drop off location. For seller-paid (free) returns, we will provide the buyer with the cheapest return label between HUBBED and Australia Post. For buyer-paid returns, the buyer will have an option to choose between a HUBBED or Australia Post return label.
