6 month Free Feature Store Subscription

NOTE: Once you've accepted the offer, you must submit an order to purchase your store subscription. The Feature Store tier will appear with a strikethrough of the original price, and a new price of $0.00 per month. 

1. Go to Choose a Store subscription.
2. Choose the eBay Feature Store package and hit Select and review.
3. Enter a name for your eBay Store.
4. Select Submit order to purchase the eBay Store subscription.

When does the promotion run?

• The promotion runs from 00:01 (AEST) on 23 Oct 2023 to 23:59 (AEST) on 31 Dec 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
• eBay reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion at any time.

Who is eligible for this promotion?

• “Eligible Sellers” means sellers who:
  • do not have a current eBay store subscription;
  • have Australia or New Zealand as their registered address on eBay.com.au; 
  • have been invited to participate in the Promotion by eBay via email or an on-site banner; and
  • register to participate in the Promotion by clicking “Accept offer” within this Terms & Conditions page.
  • are new to selling on eBay
• However, sellers whose eBay accounts are temporarily or indefinitely suspended, restricted or made inactive, or whose seller performance falls to Below Standard, whether prior to or during the Promotion Period, are not eligible for this Promotion.
• This promotional offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be assigned to another eBay account.

What is this promotion?

• Eligible Sellers who accept the offer and sign up for an eBay Feature Store during the Promotion Period will have their store subscription fees waived for 6 months from the date of subscription (“Discount Period”). After the Discount Period, the subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription. An eBay Feature Store is charged at the fee set out on this page, as may change from time to time, currently $82.45 per month (incl. GST). See more information on eBay store tiers here.
• For Eligible Sellers who sign up for the offer, they may cancel their store subscription during the Discount Period. If a store subscription is cancelled during the Discount Period, no other fees or charges for the Feature Store subscription will be incurred and all benefits will remain until the end of the next billing cycle. If you do not cancel your store subscription before the Discount Period has ended, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you will be charged the monthly subscription fee, prorated for the first month depending on the renewal date (i.e. if the renewal date does not fall on the 1st of the relevant month).
• eBay’s Store Subscription Terms of Service apply to all store subscriptions.

What exclusions apply?

• The promotion only applies to an eBay Feature Store and not any other store tier. All other standard fees and pricing as set out on the eBay site apply.

• eBay’s User Agreement and other rules and policies continue to apply and can be found here.
• eBay reserves the right to verify eligibility of sellers and listings to receive the promotional credit/discount. Users who violate the terms of this Promotion on eBay.com.au may not be eligible for future promotions on eBay.com.au.
• To the extent permitted by law, eBay is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the promotional credit/discount.
• Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the promotional credit/discount or in relation to qualifying listings is the responsibility of the seller.
• eBay reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on eBay.com.au.
• These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with, and governed exclusively by, the laws of the State of New South Wales.  Each party hereto expressly consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales.
