    Communication has been terrific but sadly, the one I received was soft bottom not hard floor as per item description. If I sent package back then refund offered. then increased cost to buy the hard floor ( close to double) I'm in a dilemma. It's not cost effective for me to continue. Back to the planning stage for me. The item was new as described and package included extras eg seat to collar clip, poo bags and glove brush.
