Contacted seller, explained issue. Requested just manual and bag be replaced to minimize costs since even else was OK. Was told a full return of everything is the only option. Sorry, but that's a HUGE time and financial inconvenience. Decided to just cut my losses and just forget it because "Certified Refurbished" must only apply to the appliance and not the accessories.
