  I am rating the seller and not the product. I never received the product. I contacted the seller and after they confirmed with the Post Office the package was lost, refunded my card. Only after having an experience with a seller who does not want to stand by their product (which is faulty) that I realize how invaluable was the service from Alecavak Jewels! I also learned NOT to share my feedback too soon (as I can't update nor comment on my initial feedback on the other purchased item).

  I never got the opal pendant. I emailed the seller and said he would check with the post office. He couldn’t find it. It was a beautiful sterling silver chain with an opal on the necklace. The seller was kind enough to give me a refund. I will definitely buy from him again. Martha Jo
