    I've ordered 2 new cameras(description said it's new, so i paid for new). But seller sent me used cameras. One of them even got inventory number drawn on it(see attached photo). And non of them got a quickstart guide. At least cameras in working condition. I do not recommend this seller.

Since there was no return of the purchased product, it further confirms that you were satisfied and convinced that the item was indeed new despite being in an open box.
