    Seller is excellent communicator and very helpful. My first cartridge had some damage (from factory) and the seller replaced immediately. Seller would not have known about the damage as it was in a completely sealed bag from the factory. Cartridge is exactly as described for my laser-jet printer. Excellent value for money.
