  In love with this bed, not only that the customer service is spot on. I didn't realise it was pre order and needed it by a certain date. They offered a refund but I decided to wait. Thank god I did,they posted it before the pre order date and it's all set up and my daughter is over the moon. Quality is amazing & at a bargain price compared to others, need more sellers/companies like this. Thanks to Alvin for responding to all my msgs and making the delivery before scheduled time.

  Item was as described. This item took approx 2 weeks to deliver when was expected in a few days. Seller communication was prompt throughout never felt like my messages were ignored.   The seller was great had hick ups with the courier it took 3 weeks for my item to arrive but the seller was straight on to it Everytime I emailed about it. Can't hold anything against the seller that falls on the courier. We r very happy with our purchase thank u.
