They have advised they will contact their warehouse logistics team about the damage, and they then handballed me over to their customer support team. This is NOT acceptable. The product arrived damaged, and it arrived in a used condition with scratches. Very disappointing. Especially for how much I paid...

They dragged out the issue for days with repetitive excuses, showing a lack of accountability and professionalism. Avoid this seller—they waste your time and don't respect their customers.

Only complaint was the time it took to be posted, i ordered the printer on here then the next day ordered 2 rolls of filament direct from their website and found that the filament was sent within a few hours however the printer took 4 days to be sent through team global express instead of auspost.
