  Totally amazing!! I made a mistake with the address and they were there with me through the whole experience, going out of their way to help, keeping me up to date with parcel delivery so I could be sure to receive it, never stopping contact with me and putting up with my stressed conversations even though it wasn't their fault. I can't imagine many other sellers being that caring. The collector dolls were in perfect condition, exactly as described, extremely well packed and a great price! A++++

  Item NOT in AU, NOT one 6-pack but two 3-packs in two separate Amazon Germany deliveries. I put this, as a friendly query only and not as a complaint at all, to the seller and was told to return items for a refund or go and buy with a different seller for a higher price IF I WASN'T HAPPY with their service but never got a satisfactory explanation as to why the listing was lacking important details, seller was deflecting and patronising. Won't shop here again. I wish the seller a nice day too!

  German Import. Shipped from NSW via Australia Post arrived in 1 week. Buyer made a big deal about packaging as she was fishing for a refund. We offered a full refund on return and she declined of course. 3 pack or 6 pack... your cat won't know the difference?! Disgraceful.

  Oh please, I bought the item because I wanted it. You offered a refund because I questioned your listing for not being "quite" correct and in fact misleading. Instead of addressing my concern you deflected from the truth, not sure how this attitude towards buyers will earn you brownie points though........ And one week for the first delivery AND 4 weeks for the second, remember there were TWO deliveries? And still I was nice to leave only neutral instead of negative feedback you deserve now.

  Described as new. Box was beat up, item had obviously been taken out as it wasn't in plastic. Contacted seller who was very responsive and helpful - they said item shipped straight from their supplier and assured me it is new, but obviously they can't guarantee that. Still, seller was understanding and helpful - they offered to refund me if I wished, but I decided to keep it to save the hassel and I wanted it. I was just taken aback that it looked used when I received it.
