Hour after I sent an email with my query they were on the phone apologising and saying they would deal with it then. Item arrived 48 hours later - which as I live in Darwin is the best delivery time I think I have ever had. Well done with the customer service. Otherwise the item was as advertised - quick to set up and no issues
