    Review Title: Misleading Listing & Poor Service - Avoid This Seller Review Content: Bought what was advertised as Hikvision cameras but received cheaper Panoeagle ones. Seller uses misleading listings with Hikvision branding, violating eBay policies. When I complained, they were dismissive and refused to address the issue properly, even suggesting deductions if I returned the incorrect items. Complete waste of time. Beware—this seller doesn't deliver what’s promised!

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you, but the camera and NVR brands can be seen on our link details page and product images. We have not deceived you in any way. And when you said you didn't want it, we immediately provided you with a return label. Did we make a mistake? You kept scolding us at length, but we agreed directly to your return in order to save your time. You interpreted it as' they were dismissed and refused to address the issue proper 'We are also very helpless.

Lack of ability and excessive time taken to accurately solve technical issues. Tendency to respond incompletely and miss out answering some questions. Price not justified considering all the hassle.     Hi dear friend, thanks for your support. This NVR's human vehicle detection only can work with hikvision camera, can't work with third brand camera. Thank you for your feedback, we will do better in future.
