    My prints changed colour one faded orange and the other went grey when I sealed it with sellers sealer recommendation. I was refunded the second print but they wouldn't refund the first print i purchased. Both I believe to be poor quality inks. Not the full outcome I wanted. First picture I uploaded was the original second is faded after a month third faded immediately after sealed with the recommended sealer from the seller.

    You were refunded for a print YOU damaged with a seal that was obviously incorrectly applied. You also forgot to mention the so called 'faded orange' print was a purchase from 6 months ago you also forgot to mention you told us you left it at the framers for weeks & it may have been damaged there, then said you had had the print in direct light (which we do not recommend) We literally have never had our prints fade as you say they have. We use quality inks and I think our feedback will show.
