    Shipping Problem: 11 days to ship was/is unacceptable. Comms Problem: Sellers complete lack of communication when i asked about shipping delay's is unacceptable. Had to bring in ebay customer service (who were great BTW) to get things moving. The oven is acceptable. Shipping costs ok. Item description ok. I do NOT recommend this seller. I Will NOT buy from this seller again. NOTE: I have been with ebay 22+ years, I rarely leave negative feedback, I can usually work things out. Sad!
