    Sadly, yet to arrive in time frame given. Was also not tracked which is bizarre for an item of that value? No response to emails sent. No clue where it is. Acknowledge there has been bad weather and Aus Post had ceased deliveries so are hoping this is the cause of the delay but with no way to tell where it even is, who knows???

    Item received today, wasn't packed very well, item was dinged up a bit in transit. Had a bit of dramas with tracking, had to ring chromagen directly to sort it out. Very poor communication through Facebook. Once I rang them the lady I spoke with sorted everything out promptly. Word of advice to chromagen, please pack your items better and always ensure tracking is uploaded to ebay asap! Over all I'm happy with the new system, works like a charm, not happy it's been damaged in transit but.
