  What I received is not what I purchased, this is your recon unit , no box , I paid $230 for a new one in black and you send me this second hand one , this is a gift for somebody, has a dent on the corner where it has been dropped, please explain why I shouldn’t contact Australia consumer protection, advise the buyer if this product is out of stock , don’t just send them your secondhand stuff

  Excellent service and great value, thankyou, but Australia post dropped the ball by bypassing my home for delivery and dropped it off at the post office in my suburb so I had to lug home a 13.5 kg box because Australia Post would not do there job and deliver the item to my home ,the Micro wave in question works great and arrive in tact but it's a real shame that aussie post are a bunch of Truckwit (i.e. Delivery Person ) in there LACK OF SERVICE.
