    Thin cheap towels. 2 of orders WRONG. EBAY had to step in, reviewed messages, saw final instructions EXACTLY WHERE seller had asked for, SELLER wouldn’t refund, So EBay did. Then told 3 weeks before, NO PROBLEM to get items by a certain date as party gifts. Asked AGAIN when DATES CHANGED in listing because WORRIED, again told NO PROBLEM. Items came late & AFTER the date. Excuse was W/I DATES IN LISTING even though had rechecked(&used cheap mail?) Saw other feedback of dishonest. Blame & excuses.

    FROM THE VERY START I HAD A GUT FEELING THIS WOULD END UP LIKE THIS AND SHOULD HAVE DENIED THE ORDER !!! You knew it was the holiday rush but yet you took awhile after 20 messages for you to finally make purchase.. You purchased hand towels so that was what was sent hand towels.. The order was shipped BEFORE the due date to ship as well as i sent priority mail when you only paid for the cheap shipping & I'm sorry postal system took longer that was out of my control.

    Seller had excellent customer service. Ordered product Jan 23 shipped Feb 5 received Feb 10. You will need to order in advance. I would suggest a month out. Ships USPS and they are very slow. Product is cute and true to picture. Towels are 100% cotton. Not the highest quality towel but would do for a child. Very cute.
