The seller sold me a broken part and was made aware of the issue after I received part and notified the seller about broken part. Which was never disclosed in the part description. I tried working with them as far as a discount they stated they already lost money on the part so sorry about my luck for a part I need. I gave the seller every opportunity to make it right before writing a review on the item they sold me which was broke and messaged them with pictures so my loss their gain.

offered full refund for return. but buyer demanded refund without return. sold the part on 50% discount. buyer refused to return and asked for money back and keep the item as well
