  Shipping was not as described ad said 2-4 days I ordered on the 28th came on the 8th, ordered a brake kit but did not include all the parts needed for install. Contacted the seller and was told that it’s not their fault. At how much they charge I would expect it to include all the parts. Packaging was also an issue when received the box was ripped open. Seller kept saying it’s not on them. Too many other places to choose from to get such terrible service

  The item was shipped promptly vis USPS priority mail. The post office was delayed in getting it to the destination. The listing clearly describes what is included in the pictures but the buyer expected more. My advice for all eBay buyers is make sure what you order is what you want. If you get exactly what you ordered there should be no reason for disappointment.

  Warning! Package packed horribly for spending $350. 1 rotor was machined badly. 7 local shops told me not to use. Seller did not want to replace. offered to ship back at my expense, seller said to be happy with what I had. He replaced pads cracked in shipping but not rotor. If all shops told me that groove in pic is bad machining and you say all your rotors look like that, then you have a quality control problem at that shop. One rotor was fine. The rotor I had to buy at local Toyota was fine.

  The rotor was not defective. Every rotor we have in stock has the same machining. The buyer was comparing these factory rotors with aftermarket rotors and even junk yard rotors. I suggested he return the entire kit for a refund if he was not satisfied but he chose to keep them. If you buy something online and you aren't satisfied your best option is to return it. It seemed like a money grab to me so beware of this buyer.
