  Received the kettle, was put in a plain postage bag, box looked as though it had been thrown around. Kettle inside was broken, whistle was rattling around in the packaging. Sent photos to seller who offered 10% refund and for me to find someone local to fix it, I asked for a full refund or a replacement and would send this one back but they wouldn’t accept that either. Not happy with this seller and won’t be using them again!
