Packed in a plastic container then cardboard. Arrived quickly. I've put them on my cart - they seem to be good quality and look just right for my mainly black wheels.     The item itself was below par for a Madjax item. Madjax web site states item is sewn and assembled in America. It was delivered in a box label made in China. The box made no mention of Madjax but stated Precedent blank label. I messaged the seller and explained what I received. The person who answered clearly was not a customer service representative. His approach was more threatening and name calling. I was able to get a hold if Madjax directly and confirm t was their product. Poor all around
