    The item shipped was not quite what was in the photo, as it was much rougher/lower quality and not pleasing. As I use it for steam, I must have confidence it will not fail. However, I do not hold the seller wholly responsible. Furthermore, when I politely requested a return, the seller very professionally and quickly agreed.
