    Seller sends tube of product, box and instructions in a TOO LIGHTWEIGHT envelope. Box and instructions arrive, but not tube. Tube appeared to have escaped through hole in envelope. Seller insists delivery had taken place (as I received the envelope!) and disputed my claim. Eventually resolved after explaining exact position to eBay. I ended up buying same product from another seller. VERY disappointed with Hair, Nails and Beauty Warehouse ( adenails-beauty) handling of my concern.
