  The worst transaction I have ever had.Ordered a chrome Gorrila Grabber, they sent me a raw one (which was nearly half the price.)When I inquired i received a simple "sorry" & we can exchange or refund.I explained I needed the part & to exchange.They said they would email me a return authorization but would only exchange once they received the incorrect part back, AT MY COST!I am in Australia I waited two weeks for the incorrect part, so the whole process would have taken 6-8 weeks! Avoid.

  Mis shipped a product, Customer is also International and not in the United States and there is no option for a return label so we issued the customer a full refund and allowed him to keep the raw finish product
