    After a lot of false claims about quality control issues preventing delivery, it turns out the warehouse that sends these items uses a notorious courier that will only deliver to major cities. In my case, Bairnsdale in East Gippsland (Vic) is considered to be too far away to be a "major city" The seller agreed to send via AustPost. The items arrived quickly, they were as described and work very well. Thank you Seller for for your communication & help. Will buy again with a note to use AustPost!
