MADE IN THE USA!!! We manufacture and sell the well-known brand of Thoroughbred Horseshoes made for the sport of horseshoe pitching. Thoroughbred offers a complete line of shoes for various purposes, divided into three types: 1) Traditional Horseshoes are flat on one side and have three cleats on the other and are primarily used by players who pitch a "turn" where the shoe is gripped along the side blade and rotates like a frisbee, but very slowly as it flies through the air. 2) Flip-style Horseshoes are horseshoes that have the rear cleat on the opposite side of the two cleats on the tips of the horseshoe. They are gripped in the middle and are designed to fly or "flip" through the air end over end. 3) Universal Horseshoes have double-side cleats on the tip ends of the horseshoe and are designed to pitch well for either a turn or a flip.
