  NEUTRAL - because of your poor choice of the carrier! It’s not me who chooses the carrier - it’s you, so the delivery is your responsibility too. I found the parcel unattended, laying on the floor in the lobby of my building! I was lucky I went shopping and saw two parcels on the lobby floor - and one of them was mine! There are hundreds of people living in the building - and many of them are just happy to steal any unattended parcel!!! If that happened, you would have to refund me cost
