Work out indicators (B) do not light up when P2 through to P6 programs are selected. Sticker on the motor cover says max. weight limit is 124 kg, but the manual and all other promotions say 135 kg. Which is it?

It was in a envelope slip with no wrapping around it. I went to out the watch on and it fell.off my wrist. I then realised the band was broken. The seller said it was fine when he sent it. I tipped the envelope up and small pieces of plastic fell out. The watch has 2 real.nice scratches which I'd say happened in the post. He also sent me the wrong charger for my watch.
