  placed an order on Australia day and received the wrong product some people do the right thing and list what they are selling and some don't false advertising on there page with a good quality product and send you a much cheaper product I have tryed many of times to sort this out what they offered to help me was not worth laughing about so as you can tell I'm not happy and ill move on hopefully not to purchase anything from this seller in the future..

  This Seller is dishonest & has no integrity. The item purchased was not as described and we informed the seller. They said it was their mistake & they would reimburse us for the return postage. Once returned we were only refunded for the cost of the product and not the postage cost. They don’t care about their customers & don’t value any kind of repeat business or the reputational damage they are doing. We will never purchase from these people again & would not recommend them. Shame on you.

  It was a typo error and a honest mistake in the listing, which we have now fixed and thanked you for letting us know. We also sent you another packet so you ended up with extra than what you originaly ordered. You decided to send both back without advising us and then demanded postage be paid to you.
