  Ruler arrived damaged and broken, the flimsy bag it was sent in was damaged, showing it had been damaged in transit. The seller twice offered a discount to fix it myself or have it fixed professionally, which would have compromised the ruler's integrity. Communication was good, but after I requested a refund the seller's response became curt, if packaging was more robust there wouldn't have been a problem. Very disappointed in this transaction.
