  Phone was advertised as “Excellent” condition but had several deep scratches in the screen. Seller tried to hide this by shipping with a third-party screen protector to cover them up. When confronted, the seller first refused to offer any resolution or compensation - eventually only offering $25. They then refused to respond or actually offer the refund until my return window almost closed. Stay away!
