As far as the product, Metra, the manufacturer, the instruction/ install manual was poorly written, hard to follow and if I had not had experience with another like product I would have never understood the instructions. Optional $150 cable is needed.

Ordered 2 very expensive items from them, and had a mix up in the shipping labels and one item not arriving when the tracking number said it would. Was able to contact the shipper and get it all sorted out. Received second item about 2 days later. Items packaged very well. The only thing I would say the shipper might need to try to improve on is the response time when someone files a complaint about an order. It takes 24-48 hrs to respond, but they fixed the proble
