    The seller knowingly posted photos that did not correspond to the shipped product. The advertisement contains a package (blister), and the shipped product was in a cardboard package, which is sold much cheaper on the market. A ridiculous amount was returned to the request for a partial refund.

    The product shipped was 100% genuine Shimano N03A brake pads, exactly as described. Shimano transitioned to recyclable cardboard packaging over a year ago, replacing blister packs. The listing image reflects older stock photos but the product remains identical in quality. This buyer's complaint was solely about packaging, not the item itself. We even offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Buyers can trust our commitment to authentic products and accurate descriptions.
