  The item was dispatched right away and the seller even agreed to add extra packaging for me because all the ones I’d ordered from other people arrived broken. Unfortunately there was an issue with the postal service and my package was accidentally returned to the seller, they were in contact right away and offered to send another one immediately and I had no issues at all in getting a refund.
