  The item was dispatched right away and the seller even agreed to add extra packaging for me because all the ones I’d ordered from other people arrived broken. Unfortunately there was an issue with the postal service and my package was accidentally returned to the seller, they were in contact right away and offered to send another one immediately and I had no issues at all in getting a refund. They went over and above for me and I’d definitely buy from them again they were so helpful :)

  Totally ripped off by another supplier on Ebay 3 little guitar picks posted from this seller in Chullora to Lithgow NSW. All 3 picks turned up in one envelope. The picks were between 5 & 6 dollars, so adding them together around 17 - 18 dollars. Total debited from my card was $78.66. $60.00 postage for 3 little guitar picks. After approaching ebay it became painfully obvious that I had to do all the work to get a refund, which i never got back. No protection. DO NOT deal with this seller.
