    The item took a long time to arrive. I tried to contact the seller a few times and didn’t get a response. When the item did arrive, it had a sticker on the outside that said “SPF 30“ that was over the top of the container description. I contacted the seller about this and no response. I have been a user of this product for sometime and know this is not the way the product comes.

    The tracking number was provided to the buyer. It was delivered within 12 business days (going from Australia to the US). Second of all, within in Australia, SPF is highly regulated (due to the high incidence of skin cancers) and thus protected that come from overseas regulated to Australian stands and thus it does not fit the requirement of being SPF 50 within in Australia, thus it is marked as SPF 30. Lastly, I have a receipt directly from the Chanel Boutique which shows that it 100% Authentic
