  Item arrived fast and well packaged. However the condition was not what was described in the description or photos. There was quite a bit more damage on it. However, after reaching out, the seller quickly acknowledged the oversight and gave me a small partial refund. I still prefer if the jacket was in the condition as described, but it is what it is and still a fair deal for a quality piece.

  Great pair of boots! Really excited they turned out so well. Got a good deal on them after communicating with the seller. They arrived well packaged and arrived quickly. They are as described, although I didn’t realize there weren’t insoles, but I could see that in the photo. Fit is good and I’m already getting compliments.
