  non receipt of item. was told it was delivered by fedex. however, package picture and description given by fedex did not match item. fedex said package was a 12x12x12 box weighing 11lbs. as you can see at best this item might weigh 10oz and fit in an 11x14 envelope. Was told address that it was delivered did not match my street number. Also, tried to contact seller and as of yet have not heard back. Cannot tell you about product quality as I do not have it.

  This store charged me shipping and handling… and then sent the item as a gift directly from Amazon prime. Meaning they never had the item, they purchased it for cheaper from Amazon on their prime account, then sent it to me. It is very cheaply made and I can’t use it. If I was to return it using the gift receipt from Amazon prime, they would get the money back and have my money still. I purposely don’t shop on Amazon. Now I won’t eBay either. So sick.
