    The seller will respond with some BS about how they tried to work with me, but at the end of the day sold me a product that was advertised as new, but already 2 years old. I needed the tires for this weekend, thought I picked the most reputable seller to deliver. Offered to return and refund. Stood on DOT guidelines being 5 years, yet were unwilling to agree that with their stance, I only had 60 percent tire life left with a new product that is already 2 years old. We're a bear to mount, too

    The 38th week of 2023 makes them 18 months old. That is pretty new. If you buy a new bike, you don't take the tires back off once the bike is 12 months old. These have a shelf life of 10 years when stored correctly. As always, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and give you a full refund if you are not happy with the purchase. All Metzeler tires come from the same distributor, so no matter who you buy from, the outcome will be the same.
