Maxcool apologized and issued full refund, which was not expected, above and beyond. When item finally arrived Aramex couriers had picked the item up on the 30th September & they did not deliver until the 17th of October Usually 3 to 4 days from Sydney, questioned Aramex a few times with no updates. Aramex have done this a few times with delayed products.
