    I don’t normally give feedback but this seller was brilliant communication care and truly lovely customer care. Haven’t received such good service in years. Quality product as stated and service that back its up before during and after. Nothing was a hassle and genuinely shocked in this day and age good service like this still exists.     I never asked why the laptop was refurbished but its in good nick as I received it. Experience dealing with the seller was definitely good, although the 3PL deliverer is questionable as the parcel could have been easily lost. It was due to the seller's responsiveness to demand the photo from the driver that I could identify the door on the pic where the driver left the parcel was not of my building but could go and collect it. Otherwise it could have been lost.

    Writing the review 2 days after receiving the laptop. Dealing with the seller has been a delight. Helped me with a tax invoice at the point of sale. Answer my queries promptly before I purchased the device. The condition of the device was described accurately (touch screen not working). But apart from that the device is practically mint. if i discover any issues in future, The warranty provided by the seller should cover it. Would probably buy again soon.

    Initially I received the incorrect laptop model, but this was resolved with fast communication. Since I had to return the incorrect laptop, receiving the correct one was nearly a week late. I don’t particularly mind it that much, just happy that it was fixed quickly. For the laptop itself, it is the genuine article in great condition, valued relatively well compared to other sellers.
