Merchant City Music are a musical instrument retailer specialising in guitars. Proudly selling to the UK and beyond since 1992. Based in Glasgow city centre we care about our customers and our reputation. Every guitar we sell will be checked over and setup before dispatch. We like to have that little bit extra attention to detail. Not only that, our prices are keen! We are friendly and approachable and always willing to help.

    Perfect in construction, should last well and a clever idea to have thumb pick with flat pick can assist someone with arthritis in the struming hand? The order didnt arrive, I contacted Ebay who in turn contacted the seller. Who sent a replacement without question, arrived next day. The reason I only rated the item as 4 stars is that I think its overpriced for what it is at a cost £8.50. But it needed to be a left handed version, not available locally.

    Great exchange with seller. The guitar was packed well and arrived perfectly. I asked the seller to set the action low on the guitar and it was done before it was sent. Incidentally, it came from Europe to Japan and had to go through many countries to get here, even so it arrived in brand new condition.

    I have to say I’ve got one already and it’s better than a Fender Strat and this Tele Version is Ace as will. The build quality is second to none and the seller was 10 in delivery, price and packaging. I put it through a Spark 2 and it “blow’s the doors off” !

    Great guitar. Poor service from DPD as it arrived late, had been sat in an oily liquid that had seeped through the packaging. It had also been thrown around as when opened the case all the strings were broken throwing the bridge out. Took a while to get set back up. However, can’t fault the guitar and now plays like a dream hence why no poor feedback. Just suggest using someone else for your postage.
