    I purchased a rear view mirror from them for my BMW Z4, delivery was very fast, and packaging was good. Unfortunately the mirror had scratches which did not show up in the pictures on the description. I contacted the seller and the return process which Ebay has outrivals Amazon. I printed off a return label, took it to my local USPS (did have to purchase a return box as the original express box couldn't be reused). Refund happened next day, thank You for being such an upstanding seller.

There was one wire harness attachment that had been damaged so I had to replace that but otherwise the product was in perfect condition as advertised.
