Ordered a belt in one colour. Received the belt - but in a different colour. Contacted seller. Colour I ordered was ‘out of stock’ so they simply sent something else. Offered a 20% refund and I can ‘give it to a neighbour’. Has now stopped communicating after a second nonsense message. It’s a low cost item - the monetary loss is negligible. But inconvenient as I needed the item PLUS rubbish service. I never give bad reviews but .. AVOID. WRONG ITEM. NO REFUND OR ATTEMPT TO SEND CORRECTED ITEM.

The item was delivered as expected. The costume was exactly as described and perfect for my the 80s themed fancy dress party that I wore it to. The communication from ochirspring was awesome and they were very prompt with replies and reassurances when I was concerned that it wasnt going to arrive in time. They even offered to compensate me if it arrived late, so I can definitely recommend them to future buyers.
