    Poor customer service, didn’t respond at all. Improper packaging, the package box was damaged when received. Most importantly the product didn’t work. Probably was damaged on the way due to the broken box.

    What can I say. The battery works as advertised arrived quickly and well packaged. I hope this battery lasts as long as the original that came with the bike. Probably left the charger on too long, but that's my fault. Anyway, great job to the seller and getting this as described.

    At his time I'm providing feedback about the description of the item and its shipping, both of which were fine, on time and according to the promises. About the item itself, not yet, because I'm redirecting it to my vacation home and I will not be able to open it until after about 4 weeks. Nevertheless, since it came in its original factory packing I assume everything will be just fine.

    Product came package very well. Though it wasn’t the original box it was a solid U-Haul box with lots of bubble wrap to keep it nice and intact. No scratches no dings in extremely great condition. Package came on time with no problems via UPS, and I just hooked it up to my receiver yesterday just to give it a try and it worked flawlessly. Outstanding job. Thanks!

    Been over a week still has not shipped, tracking still says uses is awaiting item that seller has printed label but not dropped it off yet. Tried to contact the seller, I messaged yesterday around 1:40 pm, has been over 24 hours and no response, email or anything. Horrible customer service absolutely do not reccomend. All I wanted was an answer as to when it will ship because it is promised same, or next day shipping!!!!!!!!!
